Randall E. Turner and Tom McKenzie founded the law firm of
Turner & McKenzie, LLP
in 1980. Since its inception the firm has been dedicated to
providing clients with top quality legal representation in
serious injury and wrongful death cases. The firm quickly
gained a reputation for integrity, hard work, and
professional excellence. Over the years it has handled
hundreds of complex cases throughout Texas and the United
States. The firm has been given Martindale-Hubbell
Directory’s highest “AV” rating based on evaluations by
peers in the legal community and its attorneys are
recognized as “Preeminent Lawyers” by that directory. The
partners are board certified in both personal injury trial
law and civil trial law by the
Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Fewer than 1% of Texas attorneys have this
distinction. They are known as "lawyers' lawyers",
having represented other personal injury lawyers in their
own personal injury cases.
McKenzie & Turner, LLP does
not advertise. Cases are accepted only by referral from
other attorneys and clients. The practice is strictly
limited to a select number of serious personal injury and
wrongful death cases. This allows the attorneys and their
support teams to focus all of their time, resources, and
expertise on providing each individual client with the best
legal representation possible.
Randall Turner and Greg
McKenzie also serve their community through civic work. The
firm received the first Outstanding Small Firm Award from
the Tarrant County Bar Association and West Texas Legal
Services for providing exemplary pro-bono services to the
poor. Randall Turner has been active in animal welfare
causes throughout his legal career and has represented
several humane organizations and animal welfare activists.
Greg McKenzie was an original founder of the Fort Worth Area
Habitat for Humanity and continues to be actively involved
in that organization. |
